An excellent read and wake up call for those trapped in big tech ecosystems. It’s not your fault, these companies rose to power by exploiting everything they could about us. While I don’t fault a company for trying to make money, Google and others crossed a number of Rubicons over the years, eroding away at our once thought ‘private’ portions of our lives and our data.
The good news is that if you are trapped in these ecosystems, there is a better way. Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) is growing, and improving more people’s lives and privacy.
